The installation method of the four corner square hole agricultural machinery bearing includes using special tools to remove the eccentric sleeve, cleaning the installation surface and applying oil, assembling the bearing and bearing seat step by step, adjusting the fixing bolts and aligning them, installing and locking the eccentric sleeve, as follows:

Removing the eccentric sleeve: Use an Allen wrench to loosen the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve, insert a small iron rod into the countersunk hole on the top cover eccentric sleeve, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.

Cleaning and oiling: Loosen the bolts that fix the bearing seat, and remove the bearing and bearing seat from the shaft together.

. Before disassembling the bearing seat on one end of the shaft, the bolt on the bearing seat on the other end of the shaft should be loosened. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, it is necessary to first remove the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve, polish the surface of the shaft neck smooth and clean, and apply oil to the shaft neck for rust prevention and lubrication. Lubricating oil should also be applied to the mating surface between the bearing seat and the bearing.

Assembly of bearings and bearing seats: Install the bearings into the bearing seats, then fit the assembled bearings and bearing seats together on the shaft, and push them to the desired position for installation.

. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat yet, but allow the bearing sleeve to rotate within the bearing seat. Install the other end bearing and seat on the same shaft as well.

Adjustment and fixation: Rotate the shaft a few times to automatically align the bearing, and then tighten the bearing seat bolts.

Installing eccentric sleeve: First, insert the eccentric sleeve onto the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve, and tighten it by hand in the direction of the shaft rotation.

. Then insert or press the small iron rod into the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve, and use a hammer to strike the small iron rod in the direction of axial rotation to firmly install the eccentric sleeve. Finally, tighten the hexagonal socket screw on the eccentric sleeve.
