4. Before operation of grinding wheel spindle, investigate whether the pump station pressure and grinding head static pressure are within the standard scale

5. When the equipment stops; The grinding head motor must be stopped first; After the grinding wheel stops stably; Then turn off the pump station; Otherwise, the grinding head will be damaged simply

6. Replace any parts on the pump station; Be sure to remove the high pressure oil inlet hose connector first; After replacing parts; Connect the oil inlet pipe to the grinding head after the oil circuit circulates for 15-20 minutes; This ensures that the main shaft oil entering the grinding head is ultra clean main shaft oil through fine filtration This can extend the service life of the dynamic press spindle.
